it does, just a coupe of pins and it collapses
then take off the wheels when you get to your truck or car
and it slides right in - can hang it on the wall of your garage
I keep mine assembled - you never know when the rain will let up out here

I found them at Bob's in Longview, Wa back several years ago
here's an add from 2010, don't know if they still make this bench
BUT, I find mine very useful. Load up all your shooting gear and
ammo and just roll it out to where your shooting. Coated in a
waterproof finish, has survived up here in the NW on my mountain for many years. Folds up into the trunk of any minivan, crossover,SUV or truck
