Anyone who looks for a modern holster for CZ52 can use TAM Fobus Standard Taurus Millennium .32 ACP .380 ACP 9mm Luger Paddle holster; CZ52 fits in it like a glove...

Finally got my 9mm barrel with a slide for this pistol...
Will try to shoot it tomorrow.
Have some safety concerns though... if you look at the barrel closely and compare it to Glock 26 barrel, you'll notice drastic difference in a wall thickness, not in a favor of CZ52... so, maybe it is OK to use it in 9mm configuration, but definitely it is no where close to safety of Glock or any other pistol, in this case...
So, idea of chambering it in 9x23 Winchester is highly unlikely, even though, length of a magazine allows it; such modification without serious redesigning slide & barrel would be simply too dangerous.
Here are some pictures...

Just came back from a range.
In 7.62x25 the gun worked flawlessly, very accurate. Snappy recoil is manageable. I will have to do something with the sights, the way they are right now just sucks...
Every time I tried to use decocker, the pistol went BANG! So, it is "thumb trigger"))), very dangerous feature in this pistol.... I'll figure out later why this happens, but for now, decocker is not usable.
in 9mm Luger this pistol does not chamber properly, it jammed every single round!))) I literally had to clear it and chamber manually every single round. So, I shoot probably less then 10 rounds in 9mm... One good thing is that the pistol did not blew up in hands, rather then that, it just sucks.
After struggles with my CZ52, I have rented Taurus revolver in .38 special & enjoyed the rest of my shooting session... 8-)

After close look at safety & decocking mechanism, I've found the reason for malfunction of the decocker.
There is a lever in a frame which pushes fire pin blocker in a slide when trigger is pulled, it should engage fire pin normally in fire position only. Well, when decocker is used, this lever makes a little move toward the fire pin blocker, normally this move is not enough to open free way for the fire pin, but when I've removed both fire pin & pin blocker for close inspection, I've found they have all rounded edges where they engage each other...
So, my theory is, when decocker is used, safety lever pushes the fire pin blocker just a little & since there is no positive blocking of fire pin due to metal deterioration, when a hammer drops it travels just a bit more then it should & slams the fire pin just enough to push it through slide to pinch a primer & BANG happens... :o
So, new fire pin & fire pin safety is needed, deeper examination of that lever to find a reason for movements during decocking & find a reason for hammer over travel when safety is "ON".
