I'm seriously Debating running the Same Torture test on my G22 as they did on their 9mm glock in the video I saw. I'm very curious to see if it will function better. I personally don't think the 9 mm has enough power for a good cycle when dirty or wet. I know the 9mm I have seems very weak and slow on the cycle compared to the 40.

I agree with you!
Smaller the cartridge, more sensitive it is to all kinds of factors... like, recoil spring tension, length of a barrel, how well cleaned a slide & lubricated all metal parts involved in a cycle...
I've noticed, that for .40S&W or .357 SIG cartridges absolutely doesn't matter what recoil spring I use nor how well a pistol cleaned nor if I ever cleaned it at all... Those cartridges will move a slide all the way back to eject spent brass & load new cartridge... For 9mm Luger all those factors are very important!
Look, we all know how finicky .22LR cartridge for automatic pistols is... Very secretive, feels like it just looks for any opportunity to malfunction..., so, smaller the cartridge, more ideal environment it requires to function reliably!

Your last two posts have me laughing ...Hard . Great comments . Especially about the .22 cal pistols . As far as the 9mm is concerned , I got the same feeling when I first used my 9mm drop-in barrel . Like there wasn't enough , "Umph" to operate the slide and cycle the weapon properly . So I spent about three weeks of winter "free time" developing my 9mm load .
Now the gun functions very smooth thru the cycle , and the ejected cartridges go up , over , and back , on about a 45 degree angle from line of fire .

ShootinMatthews ; I've been present to watch most of the torture tests Glock devised , and others have enhanced . And I have poured Arizona sand into a loaded magazine , inserted it into the gun , and fired all fourteen rounds , without so much as a cough . Then continued to use the gun in Tactical Training classes before cleaning it at the end of the day . Not saying you can't make it jam , or screw up , but you have to work at it , really hard . My H&K was the same way , but it cost four times as much .
If not me.....Who ?
If not now ....When ?

Finally, somebody gave me right example how to spell "Umph"...
I tried "Oomf" & "Umf", every time Google would give me just some weird definition...
Seriously, sometimes I know what I want to say, but have no idea how to spell it correctly... Sorry about it, I bet you folks read my posts sometimes & question yourselves, "What a heck he's trying to say?" ...
You see, my foreign language at school was Deutsch - German... English is a language I've learned been adult already. So, I'm pretty confused, you see...
English grammar is something I can live with, but spelling... Worse only Danish, I guess...
Trust me, Russian is WAY easier... ;) I'm joking... I still can't spell perfect Russian...

When it comes to languages ; you are probably so far ahead of most of us , it is laughable , Iridium . A famous American ; Leroy Jethro Gibbs says ," Never apologize" . "Your friends don't need it , and your enemies don't care ".!  American English is the hardest language in the world because we have so many slang words , and many double entendre' words , that meanings change , over time . You have much to contribute here , and we will all get through the grammar . Hate to even think how bad I'd butcher Russian , or Danish . And when I get around my wife's people talking Norwegian , I just sit there looking stupid . No worries , Mate .

Longer I have my little G26, more I like it...
Seriously thinking about G20 or G29... So many caliber options & looks like with any of those guns I finally will be able to try 9x23 Win or even 9x25 Dillon...
