Ok here is the finished pictures of the mosin with the uk-59 barrel, one of two barrels I purschased from Shepard. The other barrel is the Green Mountain Heavy Barrel.

After taking off the old barrel, and installing the new barrel only hand tight to check the tolerances, the new barrel extractor grove lined up from 8 o'clock to 1 o'clock, which was what I was expecting! So I was able to put the homemade action wrench on it and tighten it down so that the extractor grove lined up from the 1 o'clock to 6 o'clock position. The barrel was tightened down to well over 250 ft. pounds. (polish math lol= one guy 5'11" tall, weight 220 lbs, 1, 8 foot bar) I pulled until I couldnt pull anymore! The barrel tightened to where it should be, its flat against the front of the reciever. Then spending several hours checking and rechecking the head space, she was done and ready for a test fire. But she really wasn't done because there was more work left to do on the stock, bolt, bolt face, magazine well, and blueing.
