Its hard to tell from that photo, look at the other side and compare it to these. The high wall ones are typically snipers or war time built and just didn't have the final machining done as it was an un necessary and time consuming step.

Last purchase I made couple weeks ago in big 5 & that was a Mosin with high wall receiver... You can check your local store, maybe the will have it.
