Grrrrr my 44 Tula ex-sniper is sick

I was going to use this one on the shoot this weekend and there is a major burr on the edge of the chamber and I can't seem to get to it with anything. The problem is it won't let the shell seat all the way down. Instead there is a gap big enough to feel and see. The bolt won't close unless I really slam it then the ejected shell has a major scratch down the side. That in turn concerns me that I might have a case rupture at that spot due to it being weaker than the rest of the shell. It certainly messes your brass up. I'm wondering if using a reamer very lightly might clear it better than say an abrasive wheel on a Dremel tool. I just don't want to mess up the surrounding area.

Anybody?
