What seems like the beginning of a winner load

My goal: get an accurate CHEAP load using cheapest available commercial 8mm bullet.
I got accuracy with cast bullets - at 400m/s. Any faster than that and accuracy went down the toilet. And it's too expensive to make the alloy much harder. So.

Caliber: 8.2x53R
Bullet: PPU FMJBT, .323", 8g, their id "B-424"
Powder: N140, 45.5gr (I will finetune further)
OAL: 68.2mm
Primer: CCI
Brass: S&B 7.62x54R, neck spread with Lee 8.2x53R die

Distance: 100 meters
