I tried my regular Kelby .308 Match load of 43.3gr of Varget behind a Berger 185 Hybrid Target bullet in a Mosin case for 600 , and it was a very good load for accuracy . Did not chrono them , but it shot reasonably tight . 194-6x , 197-7x ,and a 196-4x . A 587-17x is a decent start with a test load . Also pushed the load up to 43.8gr , same 185 Hybrid on 10 test rounds .
Shot a 98-7x , of 100 possible . Have a 600 club match on the 29th and going to shoot the 43.8gr load as a test . It's a 3 x 20 , so I'll have some good data . The Varget seems to be much more consistent ,lower SD /ES too , and the Target tells the story .
