Finally got some groups. The H414 is actually a 4 shot group, but these are typical for this gun. It is reliably 3/4" center to center with 174 SMKs. The Varget ran about 2550 fps, the H414 was moving about 2750 fps.

Great build... and Jerry would be proud you took the idea and ran with it in your direction. Nice looking build too.. thanks for sharing and I think you could get a few folks on here interested in your modded version of the bottom metal as Jerry called it "the Adapter"

Thanks guys! I keep waiting for magic to happen with one of these loads where it sucks them all into .25", but I guess I can't complain if every load I try shoots .75 MOA...

As an aside, I have no idea how Jerry was making these things for that price. For as long as I spent trying to figure out/fabricate this thing, I would have starved to death selling them at $150. Definite hat-tip for solving the riddle and then streamlining it to the point that that was econimical.
