As far I can tell this I made up of a collection of firearms and hunting forums. There is just one problem, this forum is missing. Anyway I still thought I'd share.

Only thing is this place does not welcome purist. So we really are a Mosin moderns only forum. I have seen some purest here told to "GE OUT" in all caps by other members. Witch is sad.

I've never seen that said to the purists. If so though, that's not right. As long as they are not barking about not modding them, I welcome the purists here too. Some mosins are unique examples and should be kept original in my opinion. I usually only mod run of the mill war time guns. But I don't say a word when others chop up one I'd keep.

Where/when did this happen?? If you could, please post a link to the thread.

If purest don't frequent this forum then that is there choice. We will neither turn them away nor berate them for what they do/don't do to there rifles.

If any member is blatantly rude to another then the offending posts WILL be deleted, and the offending member will at minimum receive a warning, if not be banned.

I would like to think that we are a group of mature adults that can look past opinionated differences. At the end of the day it's our own respective property that we have control over, and it's not our place to tell another person what to do with there property.

Ben I would respectfully disagree with you. This forum welcomes ALL Mosin Nagant owners. Just ask Gandog56, he's a purist, he's posted some incredible finds here. I will say this that some purist tend to be intolerant of us modders but I've never seen that here.

I've tried to create a welcoming environment for all Mosin Nagant owners here, if that is not the case I've failed in my mission. I wanted this place to be a hang out for all Mosin Nagant owners. I've only had to ban one user for his attitude.

I credit my users and Moderators for making this a great forum.

I've never seen any post to the likes of what has been said. I would delete the post and warn the writer. This forum is open to all what ever your taste. This isn't the shooters forum where they hack each other to death over what they build. We have folks who are both Modifiers and Restorers. Come one Come all.
