Shep I've been looking at that for weeks but can't bring myself to pay that much for one that I don't know will work for my current setup. Thanks for showing me that again though.

It gets mounted just in front of the receiver and holds the barrel and action creating a much more stable rifle. A lot of the long range rifles have them to help create more constant groups. I want to install one on my project rifle but simply do not have the funds for that and presents for my boys. So target rifle takes a back seat for a while.

Thanks for the pics. It was advertized as Mosin Nagant on ebay but an M85 I'm not to sure about the barrel dimensions. I like the way it looks mounted.
