M28/76 Video (The right way)

Postby DevilDog » Sun Mar 10, 2013 11:22 pm

I usually don't make long videos. After recently posted videos which shall remain nameless (hehe), I felt it had to be done

I hope I put in enough humor and commentary to make it worth watching all 9 minutes

Me and tdocz at the range. My apologies for any fun I poked at his expense

Watch on youtube.com

USA F-TR Captain Darrell Buell is shooting in the background, although he is not the one banging the gong.

His group was, well, what you would expect. The 2" coin would hide ll 10-20 of the shots on his good target (of course I peeked in the pits) :shifty:

Well that is one sweet rifle.. It looks like some substantial recoil from that setup. How is that skinny recoil pad (if you can call it that) feel when shooting?

Nice video. It's been a while since I have seen a good one.

The recoil looks worse than it is because we don't 'lean in' or support the butt, just let it slide back along the bag.

I did not really feel it at the time, or notice it later.

Greg, you turkey! I had no idea you were filming. I hope I don't get reported to the range officer for not having my eye protection on properly. LMAO. Fun rifle to shoot, I wish I had one...
BTW, no recoil to speak of. Cheers!
