I just ordered this M39 from Pat Burns http://www.gunsnammo.com. I should be picking it up tomorrow.

Has anyone ever bought a rifle from him he seems to only deal with Finn M39s?

I haven't bought anything from her myself, but I have heard nothing but good reviews on her and her business. She is highly regarded in the Finn mosin arena.

That is a great looking rifle by the way. I love the figure in the wood! How much did it run you?

Every snowflake is unique. There are uncountable grains of sand on the beach. Mosin-Nagants are like sandy snowflakes. You’ll never get all the ones you want.

I paid $329 plus S&H. This one will stay original. I just couldn't wait on my C&R to get approved for this one. She had few antique Mosins a while back and they went pretty quick wish I could have snagged one of them.

If some one did reproduce these I would want one. I am sure that modern CNC machines could do a much better job the ones I have seen from arsenals. Plus you wouldn't be destroying a relic if you modified it

I've seen reports of repos being sold as originals at their price. But the repos supposedly went for around $60 with a blued blade. There's a video about it I saw in YouTube. But what about price of a real one?
