I know what you're thinking punk. Does he have 15 Mosins, or was it 16? Well seeing they're Mosin Nagants, a most powerful rifle caliber, and can blow your head clean off, you got to ask yourself this question. Do I feel lucky? Well do ya punk?

Well for real, this looks like # 16. I had two others but traded one for a Steyr M95, and the other one was sold for cash to get the money to buy my Remington Mosin.
Many people say I am paranoid because I have so many guns. If I have many guns, what do I have to be paranoid about?

So it sound like you may need to have a Mosin only safe. You don't want them mingling with other inferior weapons ;).

So I've been following the tracking on #16. Guy sent it USPS 2 day, but last update on tracking was on Jan 31, left Louisville, KY. Never changed status till sometime this afternoon when it was updated to out for delivery. And of course on Mondays the postal person does not come until real late. But sure enough, I see the post office truck pull up and out she comes with a long box.

Not real sure how to tell if it's a New England Westinghouse receiver if it's like the seller suggested it was. Anyways it is not counterbored. It passes my Go - No Go gauges. Missing a cleaning rod. And while I am not real sure how to tell if it is a New England Westinghouse receiver, it definitely has a Remington bolt. R in a circle stamp proves that.

A little bit better shot of the tang. It looks to me like the letter H with an arrow sticking out the side, which is definitely indeed something Westinghouse did. Also means the receiver is dated 1916-1918.
