System updates

OK over the next week or so I've got to do some major updates to the forum. I've been putting this off because we are getting moved to a new server this week. We'll now be running on a new faster server with 16 cores. All that said I can't do anything until all the files are transferred over.

The system my be offline for a few hours or more during some of the upgrades but it will be back.

I always dread these because the last time was ruff and the template took extensive work to get the look back.

I'll have some other news after all this is over.
