  I didn't think of this in the first post -- the ammunition I am using are my hand loads. A pet special of many Long Range shooters, 54 grains of IMR 4350 under a 175 grain SMK. Sorry to say I use standard CCI200 primers. I tried using Magnum primers and it definitely changed the trajectory. Standard primer I added 5 moa @ 400 yards. Magnum primers I added only 4moa @ 400 yards so it definitely steps up the chamber pressure so I'm sticking with what works great for me. I'm uneasy with the higher pressures so standard primers it is.  


By any chance did you chrono the magnum loads? It would be some great info if you did.
