I have an opportunity to get my hands on 2 Steyr M95 8mm for $200 each. one is 1909 an says Budapest on the side of the receiver. The 2nd has no date or any other stamping besides Steyr M95 and a seal.

It's sounds like decent price. You should ask this question at surplusrifle.com forum. They have a lot more knowledge about surplus there.
If it were me I would have to get at least one for the collection.

my 2 Steyr M95 were $119 each with $13 shipping. my Budapest M95/34 was $119 plus $13 from century arms.

I'll have to do some more research to see if I can get them down on price.
