So its a funny story really.
I was going to go with Shep's advise here and well I kinda did still.... I spent too much money today though. 
I went to Cabela's and bought an open box special, The Lee 1000 progessive kit with 9mm dies. Regularly 199, on sale for $125. 
I wasn't sold on the kit really, I think I just jumped on it because of the discount. 
On my drive back from Denver I kinda talked myself into not using it for rifles, & keeping it on a back burner until I reloaded pistol ammo. 
Or I could always sell it...I stopped in @ Bass Pro shop and found nothing interesting. So I headed over to the pawn shop that had the RCBS partner kit for $99. I looked it over, it was new in the box but the reloading manual is missing. I pointed this out to the pawnbroker and he looked it up in his computer and said "How about $50 +tax?" Sold!
(the funny thing is, I was going to try for $65, instead it was $54! 
)So I went home and looked around on armslist to see what a Lee Progessive goes for and if there were any up for sale right now.
Typed in "reloading set" and found a guy looking for a progressive kit. And he has a heavy barrel Savage .223 for straight across trade, and he is 5 minutes from my house.

So now I have a RCBS Partner kit that still has a couple pages of coupons including 1 set of free dies, and a .223 Savage 110 with a Douglas heavy barrel and a Leopold scope mount.
I think I had a pretty good day in the long run. A new RCBS reloading kit for $54 and a new heavy barrel rifle for $133!
