Thanks for posting Mark. Its very well edited and done. I have often contemplated doing this with surplus to sort and remeasure the powder to get more exact loads.

It will easily take the bullet off surplus ammo as well, I've done it several times to make snap caps

Thanks Ben

Using a berdan primed case would be the best alternative to using a boxer case with a BR primer.

Always thought I should have on of those. It takes a collet for each caliber yes? Back when I had lots of surplus I used pulled 60s German 8mm 198g pulled pellets and Bulgarian 148g in boxer cases.

Nice vid! Talented you are.

I realize this is a older post for us "new" guys , and I have a question regarding bullet pullers .
The two units that appear to have the better ratings among reloaders are the Hornady and the Forster . Is one better than the other , or is it just a matter of preference based on brand name ? ( Ford or Chevy ? ) Both are available in my area , and pricing is comparable..
If not me.....Who ?
If not now ....When ?

Both are great units, I will say that the Hornady with the lever seems to give me a better feel for how much pressure I'm putting on the bullet. I think it all comes down to preference.
