It always the same, more added complexity to a mechanism, more chances things to go wrong...
If I ever experience cycling problems, it was either with 9mm or fancy bottle necked .357 sig...
No wonder, underpowered 9mm caused problems in short barreled G26...
Sig has its own issues, a lever which is responsible for resetting a trigger & leaving a hammer in cocked position, while cycling, wears off pretty fast. I've replaced it once already & there is not much left from the replacement now... There isn't other solution, but replacing it every couple years...
