Reloading Books for newbs

So there is this book out there called The load Book. Supose to have 1144 loads in it from all the books in print. Well it doesn't. It actually only has loads from three books. Lyman Sierra and Hornady, and when I bought this I decided I would make sure I got the most up to date one so I ordered from there website and I am disappointed. In my opinion just buy the books separately. The info is invaluable and they tell you how to use your equipment!!! The Load Book does not do that completely. Waist of 12$

Had you been able to see it before hand, I would have been concerned by the cartridge on the cover. It looks like .308 or something, certainly not a rimmed cartridge. They probably just have a generic picture that they use on all their books though...
